I purchased Coinmanage UK 2021 some years ago. I have never been able to use the bullion values calculator. My first problem was solved and it now updates and show bullion values. Unfortunately they are in dollars. I have emailed many times and you say it will be fixed. Have you corrected the problem now? Will it be a patch or an update from the 'Help' dropdown list? Please reply to this urgently.

I really enjoy the interface too add/grade coins in the software, though I have a couple of questions/concerns… a. What do I do when a specific year of US, Canada, or UK coin/token isn’t Available? b. How do I enter my own coin information- based on the rarity of some of my coins, it’ll take years before the coin exemplars show in the software? it appears editing and creating your own coin info is possible in the windows version. Will there be a similar editor for the macOS as an upgrade soon?

How do I update (or edit), an item already saved in StampManage24, specifically the amount of stamps I "own"?

Just double click on the item and a window will popup, change what you want then click OK.

I'm slogging through my collection of coins (I have hundreds of coins) trying to find my coins one-by-one. Is there a way to quickly and easily find my coins? For example, I have been searching for the coin in the attached photo for 30 minutes with no luck. Since it's a US Mint coin I figure it must be easy but I just don't know what I'm doing. Advice anyone?

How to activate program on new computer, I have product key

I am a new CoinManage user and just bought the printed manual for it hoping to figure out how to add coins not already in the database (Pages 88-91). I want to enter about 2 dozen ancients and some from Canada, Mexico, Britian, and Hawaii. Can you send directions for a step by step process that makes sense to an old guy? RickHN

After the 7 day trail my key will not work and can't open program. I have sent email with a receipt on purchase. Really like the software but it seems they like my money more than solving problems. Was hoping they would at least leave me a message saying they are working on problem. Oh well screw me once your fault screw second time my fault. At this time I would not recommend this software not for the product but for the staff on solving problems,

I think I figured it out. First there is a video on how to move coins using the coin manager but that didn't work for me (Deluxe 2024). I was trying to move bars from the World Bullion to the United States Bullion. If you double click on the coin, "Coin Properties" will open. and the country/demomination is highlighted. In that block click where you want the coin to move so it is now highlighted and then select "ok" in the lower right. Again, not sure this is the right way, but it seems to work so far.
