I purchased Coinmanage UK 2021 some years ago. I have never been able to use the bullion values calculator. My first problem was solved and it now updates and show bullion values. Unfortunately they are in dollars. I have emailed many times and you say it will be fixed. Have you corrected the problem now? Will it be a patch or an update from the 'Help' dropdown list? Please reply to this urgently.

I really enjoy the interface too add/grade coins in the software, though I have a couple of questions/concerns… a. What do I do when a specific year of US, Canada, or UK coin/token isn’t Available? b. How do I enter my own coin information- based on the rarity of some of my coins, it’ll take years before the coin exemplars show in the software? it appears editing and creating your own coin info is possible in the windows version. Will there be a similar editor for the macOS as an upgrade soon?

Just double click on the item and a window will popup, change what you want then click OK.

Hi All, I have noticed that a few people have asked about adding coins that are not already available for one reason or another. No one has answered those question. Is this something that will be added or is there a way to do this already? Is there a way to import my current coins from a CSV file? If not, is this in the works? Is there an attempt to have the Windows and Mac versions to have the same features/functions? It seems that they are quite different. I've noticed that once you have entered a coin, you cannot update the condition/value fields. Am I missing something?

After the 7 day trail my key will not work and can't open program. I have sent email with a receipt on purchase. Really like the software but it seems they like my money more than solving problems. Was hoping they would at least leave me a message saying they are working on problem. Oh well screw me once your fault screw second time my fault. At this time I would not recommend this software not for the product but for the staff on solving problems,

I created a Topic named Unable to activate Stamp Manage 2024 DeLuxe following upgrade from version 2023 DeLuxe back in December 2023 .... I still have received no support whatsoever on this issue. HOW CAN I GO BACK TO VERSION 2023 ..... !!!!!! I installed 2024 to the same directories as 2023 (as directed !!!!|)

I think I figured it out. First there is a video on how to move coins using the coin manager but that didn't work for me (Deluxe 2024). I was trying to move bars from the World Bullion to the United States Bullion. If you double click on the coin, "Coin Properties" will open. and the country/demomination is highlighted. In that block click where you want the coin to move so it is now highlighted and then select "ok" in the lower right. Again, not sure this is the right way, but it seems to work so far.

Why doesn't the "1 Dollar" type appear higher in the tree before the "1 Dollar Gold" type. It appears in the correct spot in the Coin Database Editor.

Hopefully, this is an easy one. On my main screen I use the "date purchased" column. It displays the date purchased as well as the time, down to the second, that the entry was made. Is there a way to format this column to show the date only? I'm just trying to clean some of the clutter from the display. Thanks.

I've just downloaded an upgrade to Stamp Manage 2023 DeLuxe to bring it to the 2024 version, apparently everything went on smoothly but when trying to activate after re-boot I get the following error message: I can no longer use Stamp Manage !!! Version 2023 is gone !!!! Any help on this ???? Thanks

Hello, Is there a solution here? I purchased the product yesterday, on 31.01.24, and I'm experiencing the same issue. I can't activate the software with the provided code. I receive the same error message (see image) as "HeB" posted on 11.01.24.

Is there any way to standardize the names (preferably last name first) ? For example JF Kennedy and John F. Kennedy have different entries. It makes it difficult to have to search through items like T.Jefferson, R.M. Nixon, etc when you are wanting to try to look for varieties of that particular coin.

On first startup after installing Stamp Manage 2024 I get a couple of error message popups: After that I get another one saying file 32 cannot be deleted. What do I need to do

I have StampManager running on two computers. I'm trying to clean-up my collections and sell some off in the process. I'd like to selectively move collections from one computer to the other. Is there a way to export/import a collection?

I found a work around. After adding the coin to My Collection, I can highlight the coin in My Collection and hit the "Add Images to Current Selection" button on the toolbar, and it allows me to add up to four images.

Hello Mary, One way to get around this would be to use the “Stamp Data Manager” under the “Tools” menu and create 2 new stamp number, 3408aj could be use for the top block of 10 and 3408kt could be use for the bottom block of 10. You can find more information on how to add stamps data in the “Getting Started Guide” PDF document (can be found under the “Help" Menu) and go to 68. Thanks,

I see that I'm not the only one having this problem. I decided to go back to SM 2023 until there is a fix for that, it's annoying having to re-enter the activation code every time.

Doing some downsizing, so I am deleting assets from Home Manage. I can see the items moving to the "deleted items" folder, which is fine. When I "right click" and delete an item from the "deleted items" folder, they delete OK, but the corresponding asset image in the "AssetImages" folder does not delete. Do I need to manually delete these corresponding images? Thanks!

I recently got one of the King Charles III Definitive sets. I've created a Type entry for that and then created variety entries for each of the coins. I would like to assign a value to the Type entry and leave the individual coins valueless since they would only ever be sold as a set. The Type value would need to be in a field that can be printed. I'd think that a Type wouldn't normally have a value, although there is a Face Value field in the database editor. That might work but I haven't been able to find it in the report editor. Do you have any other thoughts on how I can accomplish this? Thanks in advance. Also, consider this a vote for adding additional user-configurable fields in the next version. They're very useful.

Ok did some more digging after returning from a stamp show this weekend and discovered that I ended up buying some dupes, even though I used the workaround that I thought would work 'Database-QuantitiesOwned' report 😔. I believe I found what is causing the reporting issue. I do prefer (where possible) to collect stamps with selvage and the way its entered or perhaps the way i entered the stamp format into the UI. Field: Format Working - Single Stamp Not Working - Single Stamp w/selvage, Singe Stamp with Selvage, SWS-Single Stamp w/Salvage I have to remove this since selvage is misspelled) ------------------------------------------------- Although, hmm after looking at my reports directory practically every report (LST,LSV) file has a last modified of December 2022 or older. I had thought the report was updated in the last released patch/update. Does the StampManage update laydown updated version of those reports? How do I inventory 3rd party packaged coins such as Hollander packages of two 1960 small dates and two 1960 large dates pennies or United States Wartime Silver Nickles 11 nickels from 1942 to1945?

I decided to add user-defined formats to try to standardize them some. Because I was hoping that they would end up at the bottom of the form, I started them with UD (for user-defined), a period, and then the description. While I can edit my user-defined formats, I cannot do so with the default ones (see screen shot, the ones circled in green without UD. at the beginning). I would like to remove them from the format list entirely. Anyone know how I can go about doing that? If there is not a way, would that be a possible enhancement? Thanks!

I noticed that when you add new source of purchased item for your Inventory, the database keeps the previous name and grows, which is a great feature. I would like to see the same feature with the name of PRINTERS of Paper Note Bills (such a Thomas De La Rue-TDLR), so we do not have to keep typing the same name over and over when adding a new bill into the Database Manager. I currently have the 2020 version of the Coin Manage Software. I purchased the 2023 version. The first step says to backup database, but I do not have that as an option. Why doesn't it show up? How do I do a backup so I can proceed to upgrade to the latest version of the software?

I just purchased Home Manage 2024 and installed and listed new rooms to add inventory items too. But when I started adding items I got a message with a big Red X that said "Encountered an improper argument". It also locks up the program and I can't close it without going to Task Manager and ending it that way. Please help if you can. I am in the process of estate planning and need this program to work. I uploaded to 2023 version and when I try to attach a file the program crashes. I tried attaching it in the way the instructional video demonstrated but every time it crashes. I see the file when I call up "go to the attachment folder" so I know its there. The only way I can attach a file is by giving the direct path, ex.(file://database/Datafiles/HomeManage/AssetAttachments/test1.pdf). Any Ideas on how to correct this?

Hi, I have several items that are assigned to specific entries; ie Assigned To: House1 , Assigned To: House2 and I would like to change the entry from House1 to HouseX, is there an easy way to do this? I believe the database is an Access db, I'm fine if i can do this in Access? not sure if the tables are open for modification? I prefer to do this in the gui but i don't want to go through hundreds of items to do the long method of changing each item. thanks

Hi-level answer: If you are scanning your stamps outside of StampManage, save them to your image folder. You will be importing them within the app, this will ensure they get placed in the appropriate StampManage folder. Multiple approaches: Initiate the scan directly from within StampManage Open the stamp properties of the desired stamp from your collection Click on Picture tab from the upper right corner where 'Scanner/Digital Camera' is located click on select source and ensure your scanner is selected Click on 'Acquire Image' Note: I had to close and reopen the stamp properties after completing the 'Selecting Source' step After Image appears within the Stamp Properties Pictures tab, continue to add photos (up to 4 based on the UI) Click on OK to save your changes Your photo(s) that were scanned will be stored in your 'Collection Stamp Images Directory' Scan externally using your favorite app and store where you wish. From within StampManage open the stamp properties of the desired stamp Click on Picture tab Click on Import, locate the image you scanned/saved of the stamp and click on Open to import the image (this will copy the photo to your 'Collection Stamp Images Directory' Click on OK to save your changes You can also just copy a photo of the stamp from a web page and then leverage the 'Clipboard'-->'Paste' feature found on the Pictures tab. This will also store the photo in the 'Collection Stamp Images Directory'

Why can't staff at least respond to new problems with at least posting a "too busy, will get back tomorrow" or something like that? I posted a week ago about a problem with Sold Coins and haven't heard anything. I don't think I'm the only one that's frustrated. Please, I paid my money for your product. Just support it. Please.

Any luck reproducing the issue. Additionally since i clicked on the 'upload changes' button within the data manager it seems to be recalculating all stamps like it used to a few versions back Other functionality is still working without issue, at least of the features I have used.

I figured it out...when I went into Preferences and clicked on the "Countries" tab, I saw that there were a number of countries not selected to be shown. When I selected all and restarted the program, the missing countries now appear in the catalog
