  1. Hi, we are working on adding a CoinManage database editor for the Mac version. You will also see a 3rd "pane" on the main window with coin details similar to the Windows version. It's time consuming to add features to the Mac version, but we hope to have it ready in the next month or 2.

  11. Can you select TOOLS > PREFERENCES from the main menu and then click on Countries to Show tab. Is UN / New York unchecked? if so check it then click OK and restart the application
  12. I think this is happening due to a recent Microsoft Windows update...can you email the activation code to: techsupport@libertystreet.com we will reset the code, it will almost certainly work again after that is done
  13. Hi, can you search your hard drive for a file called HEADERS.WCD. When found delete it. Does that fix the issue? If not, can you post a screenshot showing the screen with "1 stamp per country"...it is usually quite helpful. if not, do you have MICROSOFT ACCESS installed on your computer? If so, can you open the STAMPDATA.MDB file. How many items are listed in the MyCollection table. if you do not have MICROSOFT ACCESS, please ZIP and email us your STAMPDATA.MDB file.

  17. Hi, we have a video that explains how to enter First Day Covers. We do not have a separate FDC database that would let you add FDCs with multiple stamps for example. If you have more questions after this video please post them on this thread.

  19. Hi, a couple months ago we switched to a new licensing system as the old one was very expensive and had not been updated in over 2 years, causing some issues. If you haven't already...I am going to email you the new shorter activation code used by your new licensing system.

  24. we will try to reproduce this error here. Can you try deleting the HEADERS.WCD file to reset the columns. It is usually in your MY DOCUMENTS/COINMANAGE folder.
