Thanks for your reply. I did email them on the 20 Jan then again on the 30th Jan. I included the info and tech support email addresses and I have had no reply.

Our computer that run the assent manager enterprise 2007 has crashed. I could recover the database but I cant find the registration information. Is it possible for you to look it up?
