  1. Can any one tell me how I can fix the column widths in my collection to match the width of the data?
  2. Thanks for the fast response, Yes when I delete from my collection the images remain in the images folder. Also , is there any way to set and lock the width of the columns in my collections?
  3. When I delete a coin the images remain in the Images file. Why? How to remove from my images without removing from coin mange base images.
  4. After upgrading to windows 10 Pro, when I try to load coin manage 2015, I get this message _tmkdir failed. When I accept OK, I then get the message that Coin manage MDB file cannot be found. Also in trying to resolve the problem the CoinManage file location in search is found as a sub menu under the Brother file in Program Files (x86). I finally got my backed up MDB file loaded and was able to backup my current data. Now when I try to load CoinManage 2015, the tmkdir failed note appears and if I click on it twice the program opens. But after closing the program and restarting the same problem occurs. Help. agb1937Abellsouth.net
  5. When I purchased Coin Manage in 2005, it included a large number of different countries and also when I upgraded to the 2013 version it still included the additional countries. I only used the US and Canadian countries. I now notice that the Coin Manage program is available in more than one version including a deluxe version for US, Canadian and UK. I do not see an upgrade option for the Coin Manage Deluxe, how do I upgrade to the deluxe program in order to continue using the program. I recently had a computer failure and reloaded to my new computer from my original CD but could not scan to the program. It did import the coins that I had backed up. I then went on site and downloaded a 2013 upgrade and paid for it. After upgrading it would not import my backed up data file from my SD card. I received the attached message and when I tried to perform the backup, it would not work. I have been a customer since 2005 and am confused with the whole approach. Can I download a trial version of the deluxe and if it works upgrade to it from my original 2013 version?
  6. Cannot scan photos with my Kodak scanner. See included email of JUly 07 One more try for an answer. Albert Glenn Blanton 4210 St Anne Cove Southaven Ms From: Glenn Blanton Sent: Sunday, July 07, 2013 1:36 PM To: Paul Subject: Still unable to scan from CoinManage 2013 to Kodak ESP7 Paul: I promise that this will be the last time I contact Liberty Street on this problem. Coin Manage is the only one of my programs that have this problem. I can scan from Adobe Elements 10, Microsoft paint, Word and Vuescan without this problem. I have been trying to get help from you and your site now ongoing for 6 months with no success. I contacted Kodak for their latest drivers just in case it had something to do with them. NO change. The attached file is the result of what happens when I scan a coin or a picture from your program. The computer then locks up and even task manager will not close the program. I then instruct the computer to shut down and the Coin Manage program shuts down and a screen shows up with the normal Kodak scan program on the screen. It appears that this program is running in the background while you software is trying to transfer the scan to your program. I think this is the other program that the error message is referring to change to and activate. As I mentioned earlier this does not happen on any of my other scanning programs. I wonder if it could have any thing to do with the Microsoft Thunking Spooler APIS from 32 to 64 Process and communication with Coin Manage. Any help would be appreciated since I have been a faithful user since 2005 and upgraded with each change. Albert Glenn Blanton 902-605-7214
