I purchased this product a few months ago and I just had to get a new computer and looking to re-down load the product on the new computer. When I went to the web site with the product key I get and error that I cannot down load it what do I need to do? -
When I attemp to update my 2013 software, I get this error: "Unable to determine the installed version. Could not get the size of the version information" I tried redownloading and reloading the software, but get the same error. Any ideas?
