garlin007 Posted May 16, 2015 Report Share Posted May 16, 2015 I am referring to the bottom right quadrant of the main program screen where the program displays a summary of all the fields which have values for an asset. On that screen the "Comments" are displayed under the title "Notes". This same field is called "Comments" when editing a single or multiple assets, and in the list of possible fields you can search in on the Search for Text dialog.It is because of the Search for Text dialog that I noticed this discrepancy. I was trying to search for text in the Notes field and couldn't find it in the Search for Text dialog.As an aside, the picture of the multi-asset Properties dialog in the manual is way out of date.
