I have another person, in another building, who requires use of this software. RobV needs to track assets in Building 3.My company needs both of us (me and Rob) using this software. It really doesn’t matter if we can use it SIMULTANEOUSLY, as long as he and I can both operate the program. === ANSWERAssetManage licensing is based on the number of computers the program is installed on. It doesnt matter how many databases you are using, so if you purchase a 2 user license you could have 2 separate users with 2 separate databases...or 2 users working on a shared database.
