Software Preferences

I am using AssetManage 2014. When I try to change my Preferences to point my Data, Backup, and Images to a folder I have created the information doesn't populate. And once I close the program the changes that I made do not stick.

Hi, we have had a few customers with this problem.  This will happen when the user does not have permissions to write to the windows registry.

That is where all these Preference settings are stored.

If you RUN AS ADMIN.. does the problem still happen?

To run as admin, start the program by right mouse clicking on the program icon, then select RUN AS ADMIN from the popup menu.
