Guest Roddy Mackenzie
I am increasingly having the program crash on me (Deluxe 2017). When I try to send an error report I am told my email accounts cannot send this message.(see below Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: Error report for CoinManage.exe Sent: 15/04/2017 17:41 The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: 'Liberty Street Software Support' on 15/04/2017 17:41 None of your email accounts could send to this recipient. Especially annoying when I currently have an insurmountable error. I added a new coin (UK £5 2006) and appended scanned images of this variety. Every time I try to access this coin the program crashes so I am unable to amend or delete the coin to start again.
admin
Hi, the crash report should be a ZIP file in your MY DOCUMENTS folder. If you can email that ZIP file to techsupport@libertystreet.com we will look at it before releasing the next free update.
Guest Coins causing the program
I am unable to open that file BUT WAS ABLE TO SEND AN ERROR REPORT BY CHANGING THE PROGRAM DEFAULT ADDRESS TO THE ONE YOU SUGGESTED. Looking at the text dump in the program says "Coin Manage caused an integer divide by zero (0xc0000094) in module coin manage.exe at 0023:01160e72" if that helps. A second coin now causes a crash
