  1. Hi you should be able to install the program on the new computer and use the same activation code.  If there is any problems with the code, email us the code to techsupport@libertystreet.com and we will take care of it.

  3. Hi, can you search your hard drive for a file called HEADERS.WCD.  When found delete it.  Does that fix the issue?

    If not, can you post a screenshot showing the screen with "1 stamp per country"...it is usually quite helpful.

    if not, do you have MICROSOFT ACCESS installed on your computer?   If so, can you open the STAMPDATA.MDB file.  How many items are listed in the MyCollection table.

    if you do not have MICROSOFT ACCESS, please ZIP and email us your STAMPDATA.MDB file.

    Ok, we are going to take a look at this and will fix assuming we can reproduce the problem.

  5. Hi, we have a video that explains how to enter First Day Covers.  We do not have a separate FDC database that would let you add FDCs with multiple stamps for example.  If you have more questions after this video please post them on this thread.

    A few days ago I completed the most recent update to SM 2024. Immediately after the upgrade I had to reenter the activation code.  Since then I have had to restart the program twice each time I had to reenter the activation code.  Now last night the computer got turned off.  I tried to start Stamp Manage again tonight and again I had to enter the activation code.  I got the message "This license key has already been activated the maximum number of times."  I suspect the update corrupted the program that it is not keeping the activation code.  I do have back up to the internet from last week aned a recent back up.  Can I get a new license key (old key H64B-H3X8-YVWJ-VXSM).   Also should I consider totally uninstalling Stamp Manage and reloading the most recent edition.  I have an older slower compute and that takes at least 1-2 hours to load stamp manage so I'd like to avoid that if I can.  Any suggestions
