    That was the problem. I was not updating from the HELP menu. Thank you so much for the response and the new June update!!

    When I attemp to update my 2013 software, I get this error: "Unable to determine the installed version. Could not get the size of the version information" I tried redownloading and reloading the software, but get the same error. Any ideas?
