Fixed it. The mystic field in the varieties table somehow got set to false. You asking me to send the STAMPDATA.MDB gave me the clue as to where to look.

Has the Windows 10 update been posted yet? If so where is it. The download area on the web page only lists up to Windows 8 compatibility

My "Show Mystic Stamp Info" button is grayed out and unusable. How do I get it back.

I corrected the Index problem by going into Access, using the Database tools to compact and repair the database. This allowed me to edit and or delete the affected record. But the catalog values that I entered in the Stamp-Text window were not saved. It would be useful if the database tools were added to Stamp Manage for people that do not have MS Access

I went straight to the Stamp-Text window and enter a record and got the same problem. I have a record that is not correct, with no way to edit it or delete it. It happens when I choose to add a subvariety. I also noticed that when you add a catalog value at the bottom, the value is not saved. I noticed this when after entering a record, I immediately went to add it to my collection and no values showed up. Also it would be nice If the Stamp-Text window had an Edit button like the Stamp-Image window

You cannot delete or edit the record or do anything with it. I want to put a new HDD in my machine. I understand the restore function and how to get my data back in. My question is do I have to deactivate my license before install the program again and then enter the key again? Also ill StampManage work with Window 7 64 bit? Also when will a new update be available?

Backup problem is back. tamp Manage USA 2015 is backing up after each use. Have changed backup preferences to manual backup

I installed the new build from the link above and everything except the Query function seems to work fine. Before I installed it I used the Check for Updates function and It told me that I already had the latest version, even though I had an update to install ? Is this working and if not where do we check for updates?

The query function has not worked since the 2013 version

I downloaded when the program was first available for sale. Jan 28, 2015. Is there a new update available? I just went into preferences and changed the frequency to 50 and no backup, so I went and hanged it back to 30 and no backup

I have my preferences set to backup every 30 runs, but StampManage 2015 is backing up every time I run it.

Have you gone into preferences and set the default values to 2015. Click on "Automatically insert values from then choose the 2015 table from the drop down list

Where is the link to this forum that used to be under the Help menu. Has it been taken out and replaced with the link to the blog?

I think I found the problem. In the value tables table, the update dis not change the name of my old value, but changed the TableName to SMVal~2015 and appended the new values. To be sure, can you post the Mint-VF and Used-VF values for US scott 26. I have 75.00 MVF and 8.00 Used VF

Just installed StampManage 2015 USA. Can't set to 2015 values as default. The only value table that shows up are my old ones from 2013. Help

I like the new data manager screen, it should make adding new stamps very easy. This will make me want to upgrade to the new version. Any time table when this will be available?

I would like to see a value for F-VF in the values table. (ex MNH F-V, Mint F-VF, Used F-V). This seems to be the grade most often seen for sale.
