There is no Scott # for these stamps. What do I do now.

Phew I got this done. Thanks for your help. Now how do I enter this stamp into the inventory. There doesn't seem to be a Scott # for FCF4

I just began collecting Canada. How do I enter this Stamp: FCF4

My version is SM 2021 Deluxe. Now that I collect mostly Canada do I need the Canada version?

How exactly do I upgrade my SM software program.

But I cant simply delete all dealers?

I have changed my collecting protocols and no longer need the full list of entries in my Bought From list. Is there a way to fully clear that list or do I have to do it one at a time?

Oh...I see. So I add C20 ands click on Format FDC. Then I have 2 entries for this stamp in Air Mail. Not a separate FDC category in my collection.

I have just upgraded to SM 2021. But I have several older versions on my computer. Can I delete these without deleting my inventory?

OK...it did open...just took a long time...does anyone know why that might be?

I purchased the upgrade. It is downloaded but when I click on the icon the SM page opens but the program does not. Then this message appears: "Table SM val 1112 is exclusively locked by user admin on machine LAPtop xxx

I need Paul to remote control my machine and debug.

How do I add a new sub category - First Day Covers - to my US collection?

I'm making some headway in setting up my new New Zealand collection. But somehow the collection got situated in the sold stamps  category. Howe do I move this to My Collection.
