Does anyone know what to do about this. The app is not as good if I can't add an image of my own collection

My SM2020 app crashes when I click on the Pictures tab on the "Stamp Properties -> United States -> General Issue" dialog box. All other tabs are accessible. It restarts on it's own. I'm using Windows 10. This is a newer problem. I have added many of my own pictures to my database in the past.

I purchased the SM2020 upgrade via link "2020 Upgrade" on this page https://www.stampcollectingsoftware.com/stampmanage_purchasing_options.htm However after completing the download purchase I was sent 2019 upgrade which I already have. I back tracked the links and see that you don't have your link above pointing to a SM2020 page. It's pointed to SM2019 upgrade page. Would you send me the 2020 upgrade. Second problem that will probably prevent the SM2020 upgrade is a few days ago I had to reinstall the SM2019 on my replacement PC. The code keeps saying the code is in use. The code retrieval page is just sending me the same code. How do I correct this. I've sent a similar message to your sales dept. email address. Thanks

I tried it again and the activation worked. The problem has been here since Saturday and I've tried it about 15 times since then with the last time at 7:00 am ET this morning. I did not try it again until here at 6:00pm ET. The only thing that changed is the StampManage support site upgrade is finished. Does this have anything to do with it? I hate the idea that the software I purchased requires connecting to your site periodically. It's a burden because I am managing my business inventory with your software and I was down for 3 days. I never received a reply on this issue which is pretty disappointing!

Hi, I have been using StampManage perfectly for quite a while. SM2019 is my version. All of a sudden it's asking me to reactivate it. I'm getting error code 28 on the reactivation of the activation key. I've retrieved my code and still have the same error code 28. I've also tried running it "as administrator", same problem. On a manual activate I'm getting another error dialog box "Activation Request file failed to save. Make sure you have permission to save files to that folder." This is my home computer and all virus software and Windows firewall is off to make sure there's not conflict. I am the administrator and have read/write access to the folders. What do I do? StampManage won't start up. Thank you

How would I enter a horizontal pair of US Scott 266 Type II and 267 Type III stamps. While a rare combo I see them out on Hipstamp and eBay. I just bought a pair and am not sure how to enter it into StampManage 2019 and reflect the two number effectively. Thanks

And the good news is the new version of StampManage 2019 has the Michel number field in plane view. As expected you have to determine and add the number yourself due to licensing. I have figured out that the granularity of numbers Michel created on USA stamps falls way short of the varieties recognized by virtually all US albums using Scott numbers. So my brand new German Lindner USA albums, while probably the best constructed albums made, are probably going to get sold empty.

I have StampManage v2018. I have a need to manually add Michel numbers because I have inherited several German made Lindner albums for USA stamps. I see that the Michel Number field is available in the columns setup. So I added it to all the available screens. But I don't see them on those screens. How do I access the field? I'd prefer to use the field rather than the "Other No." field. Thanks
