All Stamps Owned report corrupted

up until about a month ago I had no problem with my Stamp Mange Software however;

now when I go to

Reports

select ,All Stamps Owned with total value

I get a pop up saying The file cannot be read

and a second pop up Error while printing?

StampManage stores each report in 2 files. An .LST and .LSV file. I think what happened is one of the report files for the All Stamps Owned got corrupted.

Maybe because you have some problems with bad sectors on your hard drive.

Can you try reinstalling the software, Using the same folder for your Reports directory. You should also check your hard drive for corruption to make sure this sort of thing does not happen again.

To see the report files, choose FILE > GOTO REPORTS FOLDER... from the main menu.
