Guest Roger W Posted January 19, 2018 Report Share Posted January 19, 2018 I've purchased a key and the key will not work. It keep telling me I am on the wrong version. So, I have tried downloading the software again with no luck. I have tried going to Help>Check for updates with no luck. What can I do now?
