Steve Kelly Posted June 21, 2018 Report Share Posted June 21, 2018 Hello, I have been using Home Manage for a couple of years and really like it and find it very useful. I have recently upgraded to 2018 and thought I would make life a bit easier for myself and buy a scanner. However although the bar code scans into the barcode box the 'Lookup' button is greyed out and so I cannot search on the online barcode database for the item. The description box simply auto fills with Null. I am probably doing something silly and have missed the obvious but would very much appreciate your help. However, I've found that when I scan some barcodes, the lookup automatically fills in information in a few fields; otherwise it uses the word "null". Guest Joe Posted August 13, 2018 Report Share Posted August 13, 2018 I have it loaded on a desktop and a laptop. The desktop was working fine but I had the same problem on the laptop.
