Guest Cat H. Posted September 2, 2018 Report Share Posted September 2, 2018 Hello, So we recently purchased this software to inventory our home and have been using bar code scanners to do so. Everything was working fine until yesterday when suddenly everything seemed to stop working properly. Whenever you scan a bar code to enter in a new item it no longer adds the description or image. When you go to add an image the program crashes, when it worked fine just the other day. I have looked through the forms here and the help guide. admin Posted September 4, 2018 Report Share Posted September 4, 2018 Hi, sorry for your problems. I believe the barcode scan issue has been resolved with the company that handles our online database. The issue with crashing on images should also be fixed after you update. Click: HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES from the main menu. If not, have you tried turning off your WebCam.
