Purchasing the CoinManage software is the biggest mistake I've made.  For the last 3 months I've tried to get technical support and there's been absolutely NO RESPONSE.  After spending numerous hours loading information I've had no way to recover the file that I have in my computer.  Additionally, I downloaded the trial version of the Stamp software.  I was going to pay the $80 for it and I'm glad I didn't buy it.  There is total lack of technical support from the so called CoinManage developers.

Hi, we searched on your name and see a few chats and emails we replied to.  The last interaction was you had upgraded and were trying to import some old data.  We suggested a video to help with this and you said you would look at it. 

I'm not seeing any emails after that.  If you are still  having troubles please email techsupport@libertystreet.com and we can either reply and / or remote to your machine at some time.
