admin
Hi, this is a problem is not common but does happen every once in awhile. The company that makes our licensing software recommends that you update all your network drivers to the latest version. If the issue still occurs can you email our tech support we have a list of other things you can try.

It solved the whole problem. The network chip on the motherboard was Realtech. The new card is Intel. The change fixed the problem. I don't get the error message anymore
Guest Guest Btrfly64
I'm going to open a new discussion on this because I'm not getting any response from Admin. The problem is I can't take the modem apart and replace anything in it because it's not mine. I can't take apart my laptop because I have no idea what I'm doing. So I'm still sitting here with a program that I have paid for and I can't use!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for your help, though. God bless you and yours!!
Guest George
I have the same problem. Except, I don't need nor want to prowl through network adapters (whatever those are). I just want the software to function as advertised.
