When  click on the field I get this error message. I have had this problem in several years.

Am I the only one with this problem?

Hi, this is a problem is not common but does happen every once in awhile.  The company that makes our licensing software recommends that you update all your network drivers to the latest version.  If the issue still occurs can you email our tech support we have a list of other things you can try.

Hi,

Thnak you for answer. I did as you suggested, but after installing the newest driver, I still get the samme error message.

This have happened several times during the years. Mostly after Win10 upgrades.

My network adapter is a  Realtek GbE  Family controller.

The driver version is 10.28.615.2018.

I will email the tech support, but can't find the email address

Hi,

I try to find the email to the tech support, nut with no luck.

I have downloaded, and installed the latest driver to my network card, and I have also downloaded, and installed the last StampManage upgrade, but the problem is the same.

Could you send me the tech support email address, please?

Thank you

I disconnected the network card on the motherboard, and purchased a new network card. It solved the whole problem.
The network chip on the motherboard was Realtech. The new card is Intel.
The change fixed the problem. I don't get the error message anymore

I'm going to open a new discussion on this because I'm not getting any response from Admin. The problem is I can't take the modem apart and replace anything in it because it's not mine. I can't take apart my laptop because I have no idea what I'm doing. So I'm still sitting here with a program that I have paid for and I can't use!!!!!!!!!!  Thanks for your help, though.  God bless you and yours!!
