Was told to download Team Viewer and get numerical info available. Have done that and now ready for Paul to do a remote 'Fix". Need him to contact me. Thanks. Regarding this error, the solution is almost always that the STAMPDATA.MDB data file is still on the user machine in another folder. By copying the data file to the current data folder used by StampManage the data is recovered. Note that after the old data is recovered, you can choose: FILE > UPDATE STAMPMANAGE DATA FILE.. from the main menu to update the data file if it was being used on an older version of StampManage.
