Johnny Posted May 22, 2020 Report Share Posted May 22, 2020 I had this issue once too: This may be your problem.... After much work not described here I finally figured it out. "I finally figured it out. I am using BitDefender as my security suite. When I updated BitDefender to 2020 edition it blocked HomeManage from accessing my secure folders.
