  1. we will try to reproduce this error here. Can you try deleting the HEADERS.WCD file to reset the columns. It is usually in your MY DOCUMENTS/COINMANAGE folder.
  2. Hi, the company that develops are new licensing system has responded with a couple of things we can try. It involves rebuilding the software using a new method for validating machine ID. We are going to have a new build next week and I will e-mail you when it is ready for download.
  3. it can be confusing, we sometimes have trouble deciding where to place varieties. If you can give some examples of coins / bullion you want to add we can recommend the category. Many commemorative & bullion coins may have a denomination on the coin. But the denomination is almost meaningless, such as 200 dollar gold coins from Canada for example. On the other hand, with circulating coins the denomination is vital.
  4. when we send out product emails, quite a few don't seem to make it through whatever spam filter the user's provider uses. if you send your email to sales@libertystreet.com we will make sure you are added.

  10. Hi, we have changed the licensing system to use shorter activation codes. The new codes are 16 characters long instead of 24. Looking similar to this: H6NV-9SKG-66NJ-VDPA If your HomeManage 2024 activation code is the older 24 character format, and you have downloaded the program again recently, email us at: sales@libertystreet.com and we will generate a new code
  11. Hi, have you activated StampManage 2024 on both computers using the same activation code? If so, there were no errors when you activated on the 2 computers? We are going to check our code to make sure there is no issue with the new licensing system.

  13. Hi, did you email us about this? I just replied to someone with a similar problem. You may need to download the software again if you downloaded the demo weeks ago. We have recently put up a build that uses the new licensing system. The problem with installing anything to a USB drive is there are usually very slow. You should install the program itself, to your hard drive. You can set the data & images folders to an external drive. I would recommend an SSD drive such as Samsung S7, they are small and fast and coming down in price.
  14. Hi, which version of Windows are you using? Regarding the duplicate values. Can you ZIP and email us your STAMPDATA.MDB file. or if possible, do an internet backup FILE -> BACKUP DATA TO INTERNET... from the main menu. Then email techsupport@libertystreet.com with your activaiton code.
  15. HI, we are going to take a look at this and see if we can reproduce it here. Adding your own image should obviously override any stock image. Will see if that does not happen in your scenario.

  17. Hi, we have added the CoinManage ID to the CoinManage Mac program as well as over 900 new varieties and maybe 100 more images so far. We are still testing but hoping to get the next update out within the next week or so.

Are you connected to the internet when you try to register? If so, do you have any firewall running that would prevent an application from accessing the internet.?
  21. Ok, I believe this is because the PlateNumber is not currently defined as a sort field. We can fix this without much effort for the upcoming 1st update.
  22. I'm pretty sure it will. StampManage uses a cached list view which only shows items "on demand" We stop showing totals in the status bar after 15,000 items because the program needs to constantly calculate Totals to show in the status bar.

  24. Yes, we have seen problems with OneDrive. Try installing and making sure the data folder, images folder, etc.. are set to a folder local to your hard drive, not on OneDrive. In the latest build of StampManage from about a monthy ago we have reduced the program install size and it should install quite a bit faster. Are you installing from a recent build or an older version?
