Replying to my own topic here! It just happened again. This time with Monaco Scott # 789. I'm assuming this means the stamp has never been entered into the database? There was no photo of this stamp. It can be found on the following website, http://www.stampworld.com/en/stamps/Monaco/Postage%20stamps?type=QO&view= however, this site shows it with a number 1025 (don't know if they are using Scott).

Today I was entering a Czech stamp. When completed and clicking OK, a pop up window came up containing the Scott number of the stamp. I clicked past the pop up and the stamp appeared to have been entered correctly. What did this popup mean?
