I am following the following guidance to transfer license to a new PC but you dont have a link for Home Manage 2022. please advise. thanks - I purchased a new machine (or my computer crashed) and need to download HomeManage again. - I get a "Code In Use" error when trying to activate HomeManage. - I misplaced (or hav'ent received) my code and need to have it sent to me. We have a new Code Retrieval Page. Enter your email there and you can have the download link and code sent to you. The code will also be deactivated so that you will not receive the "Code In Use" error.

Hello again. Will try a final time for help. I own a Nomando scanner bur 3003. I received it during the holidays and have been trying to scan inventory with it since then. While it has scanned a few items, found them, and populated from amazon.ca, it no longer will work. Some items are retrieved when manually entered. some are not. I can try another scanner but this was highly rated on amazon. Are you able to assist or should I give up on scanning which I was hoping not to do. Thank you

UPC scan worked on 1 of the last 10 scans. Some search and find no item, some dont search, some just create a blank record (see other topic). Please advise. Thanks

UPC lookup working on roughly 20 to 30% of scans. Any help would be appreciated

Is there a way to view deleted records?

I scanned the code of an item. A record was created automatically. The record was blank except for the UPC code. Very strange.
