I have used Stamp manager for many years. I have periodically updated to newer versions. I updated to the 2014 version several months ago. I had to download and open it several times before it would work. I am still not sure if I have the correct version, as it still says 'Stamp Manager 2013. Also, although I use the update feature, I do not have any listings for U.S. stamps issued after October 2013.
