Problem solved. I called customer service.

I just updated to windows 10. When I tried to open StampManage I got the screen that asks for the activation code. I copied and pasted the code from the email that was sent when I purchased the program and got a message that the code was not valid.

Dear psgeorge, I worked around this problem by adding a "K" in front of the catalog numbers for Kathiri. The 2016 update picked this up so you will find Kathiri listed with K numbers. I suppose this will also work for Quaiti but I haven't tried it yet. Hope this helps. Ron

If that is the case, why does "Trieste A" come up as a subcategory when you click on "Italy" in Stamp Data Manager? How do I transfer all of the data I have already entered into "Trieste A" into a separate stamp issuing entity called "Trieste A"?

Under Italy there is a sub title for "Trieste A". I added the first 50 "Trieste A" stamps per Scotts with pictures and they all replaced the Italy listings? I now have all my Trieste A stamps listed in My Collections under both Italy and Trieste A.

Will I ever get an answer to this question?

It is listed under Aden in volume 1, page 293 of the 2015 edition of Scotts.

I added under the country "Aden" a new category "Kathiri State of Seiyun". When I added entries to this new category the Scott numbers were linked to the entries listed under Aden. When I changed the picture for one it changed the picture for both. How do I create a new country title?

I downloaded and installed StampManage 2015 and received the message that it installed. When I click the icon on the desktop the StampManage 2015 title page appears but nothing else happens. What did I do wrong?
