I recently reinstalled Deluxe 23. Now every time I open the app, it goes through the "update data" routine. Is it possible to turn this off?

Help I'm using the same camera that I've used with CM for over 30,000 coin images. I recently reinstalled windows 10 and the camera software. The camera is displayed in the windows device manager as one of the imaging devices but does not show-up as available in the Coin Manage "Select Source" box. Is there another way to link the camera to Coin Manage?
