    Everytime I attempt to Backup my database in StampManage 2015 I get the message "Zipping files not responding". I then have to close out the program. Thanks in advance for your help.

    I corrected the problem by going to TOOLS and then selecting the "Reset Add Stamp Dialog window size settings". This fixed the problem immediately. Hope it helps you.

    On StampManage 2015, I get no response when trying to select a tab on the top menu and toolbar. The mouse works just fine. This just started maybe 2 days ago.
