    Hi all. First time here. I have StampManage USA 2017 and have just purchased the 2018 upgrade for 19.95. Download ok and install seemed ok, but at launch all I get on the screen is the opening logo. No program launches. I'm running: New PC win 10 home 64 bit. Any ideas? Thanks
