Solved (without admin support, as usual).

How do I deactivate StampManage 2018 from my old PC that no longer is in use. Got a new Win10 PC to replace my failing Win7 PC. Wasn't able to migrate anything. Also have StampManage 2018 installed on laptop. Installed StampManage 2018 from saved download files on laptop but when I try to activate get: "Product Key Is Already In Use".

Thanks for the help. Interesting how Admin was very helpful when I was asking about buying the software but totally ignored this problem once I posted (and emailed) for help with missing Spain images.

Where is Admin? No reply here nor to my email directly to Liberty support.

After much tinkering with the program I have found that the country folder for Spain is 202. When checking my \StampManage\IMAGES\ folder I find that File Folder 202 as well as 201 are present but are blank. All other File Folders contain images. Anyone know how I can get these images?

Installed StampManage Deluxe 2018 about a month ago and also the Additional Images. Just got to cataloguing Spain and all the images are missing. I have images for France, Italy and Russia, but all images for Spain are missing. How do I get these?

I deleted and re-installed the program and it works fine now.
