How do I inventory 3rd party packaged coins such as Hollander packages of two 1960 small dates and two 1960 large dates pennies or United States Wartime Silver Nickles 11 nickels from 1942 to1945?

I changed the dates form 2015 values to the recently added 2020 value in the value drop down menu. When I went back a day or so later the value date switch back to 2015. How do I keep the value date at 2020? If it switched back did it change the actual value of the stamp back to the 2015 date?

I downloaded what appeared to be 2020 values about a week or so ago.

Still unsure about recording a block of 4. In an earlier answer I thought I read put 1 in the quantity and block of 4 in the format. It did not appear that the value recorded was at 4 times the one stamp rate. What is the best way to record a block of 4?
