I have just installed Stamp Manage 2023, with major problems. Upon looking at database, i have noticed NO improvements or changes to way data in entered, it appears to be haphazardly entered. I have made several suggestions, but to no avail. I see some of my posts have NO response by admins. No standardization by any contributoRONS, including Liberty Street staff. Incorrect data entered into incorrect fields Many more issues, that i have mentioned previously Like i have stated in the past, the structure of the database is GREAT, it is the data being entered is the MAJOR issue.

The reason I continue to stick with StampManage is because it is the best designed application, I have found. I have downloaded and browsed the updated db and continue to see the same errors, even from libertystreet users. Inconsistent data input (no standard method). All I request from updates are NEW ISSUES. I quess I will quit the forum... So I don't continue to ruffle feathers Thanks

SteveH Thanks for your comment. I have tried several other packages. I found StampManage to be the best one available. "'Crowdsourced', errors will creep in" and "could be more closely moderated" I agree, but NOTHING has or is being done. Thanks for your input, unless you are able to provide any assistance...

I totally agree with both of you, I have this and several other issue

The more I delve into this database, the more I am appalled at what is being passed as meaningful info pertaining to a particular stamp. Who is monitoring this and why is it being accepted? Like I had requested for an update: Have the ability to choose which options for updates 1 - New issues 2 - Value updates 3 - Any updates to existing info Many users are tried of constantly downloading a database with errors they have already fixed. A VERY FRUSTRATED USER

Today, 12:25, Wednesday, June 22. Does anyone monitor these posts or anyone care?

How do I get a job here. You need to have someone who is knowledgeable with stamps and access db

Any status on when this update request could be implemented? It appears that this is what everyone is requesting to not receive changes to their current db, but receive stamp values and new additions.

I don't see OX### in Scott 2017. Sure this shouldn't be O16 vs OX16

Still the same issues, way to many contributors and no one verifying these changes. I am tired of receiving updates and having to start over in my corrections. What gives

Yes, I agree, but there are updates that are required. That is why I had requested that updates have 3 options, so users may choose what they want. 1. Update info for each stamp 2. New additions 3. Updated Prices From those 3 options, I would only choose 2 & 3 Thanks
