  1. Can I send you the error/crash logs regarding the latest crash? The crash occurred when I "Sold" a coin. I opened the coin record and clicked today's date and then clicked save. Then the crash. Is there a secure way to send you these logs?
  2. As my database grows larger and larger(currently almost 4,000 coins) the database crashes more and more often during routine data input. It also crashes almost always when I modify an older record, add a photo, or sell a coin. In other software applications where a database is used and the preceding occurs, a reindexing of the database has corrected the crashing. Is there a way to reindex? I'm searching for answers right now because the coin manage software has become increasingly unstable and I've got countless hours entering my collection.
  3. Hello Admin, I have the exact opposite issue that D-Train had. I have a coin that I marked sold and was moved to the Sold Collection. I've unchecked the Sold Date check box in the coin's properties, but it won't save. How can I move this coin back to My Collection? Thanks, Mike
  4. I get that there is a PRICE for the set. Does the software update the Value of the coins in the Mint set?
  5. When I first purchased this software I was super excited to finally have a tool specifically made for managing my growing coin collection. I jumped in and immediately started adding all my coins. I took pictures of each coin, dug up receipts, tried to remember where I acquired them, etc. And, well... simply went to town entering everything into one giant collection. While what I've created is 100 times more organized than what I had prior to Coin Manage(paper ledger), I think there is probably a better more thoughtful way to organize my collection. I have coins that have sentimental value, coins that have real numismatic value that are: a) Keepers for a primary collection and b) extras or not quite as good but still should keep, and coins that are just bullion value coins(like hundreds of worn US and Canadian silver coinage). What are the "Best Practices" that folks have come up with for setting up and using Coin Manage? I know that's a broad question so broad answers are fine. 😉
  6. Where do I see the current value of the Mint Sets? All I see is the Purchase Price. The Current Value seems to reflect the Purchase Price and not the Market Price for the sets. I can of course change the value manually, but that's a bit time consuming. Is there an easier way?
  7. Did you get an answer to this question? "If I deleted any coins from the database, how can I restore them. I was trying to change some images and pressed the "Remove" icon thinking it was removing the image and not the coin". I did the exact same thing...
  8. BaconSlayer, Did you ever get an answer to your question? I have the same request or need. If you have an answer would you mind sharing it? Thanks, Mike
