I have tried to update my CoinManage 2022 today and it says i am up to date. i cannot believe the fix has still not been completed. My version of CoinManage UK is 2022. So how will i fix the incorrectly displayed dollar to pounds. Will the fix also include 2022 UK version, as it has never displayed the correct bullion price.

I sympathize with you. I purchased Coinmanage UK back in 2022. i also expressed the coin values do not match the values printed in a British year book. I was told there would be an update. Also the bullion section of the program did not work. After waiting a long time it now works but the values are expressed in dollars. I am still waiting for a fix. If I had known of the poor customer service, I would never had brought there product.

I am sure by now the moderator has read the above post. I can only think he has not replied, as they have not completed the patch for UK bullion values.

Thank you for your reply. Why have you constantly ignored my question about the value of coins in your 2021 version and a Coin Yearbook that I own? The difference in values are not small. I am guessing your 2021 version has not been fully updated. There are no Royal Mint Brilliant Uncirculated Sets, and of the sets that have been entered there is a generic image! I will wait until Sunday, my question have not been answered I will be approaching my bank to get a credit card refund.
