Activate the program locally

Activating AssetManage usually requires an internet connection. Some companies seem to have firewalls which prevent successful activation. The program can be activate locally in this way:

1/ Click on the Activate button you see in the initial startup window or select TOOLS > LICENSING > ACTIVATE...

from the main menu. If the ACTIVATE.. menu item is grayed out that means the program is already activate.

Select Other Options... (see screenshot)

Select Manually Activate AssetManage

You will be asked to enter an Activation code which we can email you on request

Select Save the Activation Request File

make note of where you have saved this file and email it to us, we will the reply with a response file, use the same steps to import the Activation Response file which will activate the program locally.
