No Year Ending to Select for Depreciation Reports

Regarding running Depreciation reports: REPORTING > DEPRECIATION REPORT USING... from the main menu.

if you don't see any items in the Year Ending dropdown, it is probably because there are no assets with generated depreciation schedules. This is most likely because no assets have been entered with the information required to create a depreciation scheduled:

Depreciation Method

Salvage Value

Cost

Placed Into Service

you may also want to use the TOOLS > REGENERATE ALL DEPRECIATION INFO command from the main menu if you have recently imported data or feel certain that there are assets with the required info in your asset database.
