Fix for activation problems

Some users have been having problems activating CoinManage, CoinManage Canada and CoinManage USA.

I think we finally figured out what the problem was, I believe it only happened when copying over the EXE file. A data file used by our activation system was not updated and it would cause problems in this situation.

To get the fix for CoinManage Deluxe 2013, please download from:

for CoinManage USA 2013:

or for CoinManage Canada 2013:

install to the same folders as your current version.
