Now I get this message when the program starts.."The Microsoft Jet Databse engine cannot find the input table or query 'Attachments'. jadedragon Posted May 18, 2014 Report Share Posted May 18, 2014 I am having the same problem, except it says it can not open the stampdata.mdb. You suggest a link which is supposed to fix this, but when I go to the link this is what I get: 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.So that is a fix which is no fix. Is there a new build to download? If the "new build" is what you are referring to, I will need a link where I can download the update, since I can not access the program and check for updates from within it. tomlevjr Posted June 4, 2014 Author Report Share Posted June 4, 2014 I did a clean install of ver 2014. (removed everything Stampmanage from my computer except one 2013 backup) The 2014 ver works fine now. But when I restore the 2013 ver backup to get my stamp data the Jet Database error appears. Also pressing the attachment button (paperclip icon) and trying to add an attachment the program crashes and goes to the crash report page. I then restored the 2014 ver to before I add the 2013 backup and the program works fine again. Also the first post above I have tried to upgrade my 2013 ver to the 2014 ver and the Jet Database poblem occured.If I can't inport my 2013 data I will have to enter all my stamps again.
