patillserv
I attempted to install my StampManage Deluxe 2015 update today. When I booted the program I received this message:The changes you requested to the table were not successful becausethey would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship.Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index,or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.I have no idea what this means or how to proceed.I guess I do have duplicate entries as I collect both single and coil pairs. But also missing were stamps 1,9,24,63,65,68,69,and 70 which had my photos attachedI have no idea what else is missing.Dave TheobaldIt seems that all my stamps are present but the program is identifying stamps by the ID number rather than the Scott # any way to change this? Thanks
admin
hi, the program always had a unique id for each stamp you enter, it is just in the 2015 version we have added the ID column to the default display. The unique ids for your stamps were not changed.Could you be confusing the ID column with the SCOTT number column? If you can do an INTERNET BACKUP and then email us we can take a look at your issues with the upgrade.
