You MUST have purchased StampManage Deluxe in the past to be eligible for the upgrade. === QUESTION from someone who upgraded todayI just downloaded the 2015 programIn my 2013 program the total value of the 1132 stamps in my collection was $1,608.75In the 2015 program the total value of the 1132 stamps in my collection is $1,608.75I find this to be not possible=== ANSWERFirst thing is after running the program after upgrading, you will see the import screens. After this is done EXIT the program and start again.Next, select TOOLS > APPLY VALUES TO COLLECTIONS from the main menu. Choose the 2015 Values.
