Grading Non-US Coins

Is there a way to get a dropdown list of grades to choose from when

you are entering a coin that is not in the PCGS price list?

Some of my non-US coins are slabbed and graded. I want to be able to put in the 1-70 Sheldon Scale grade.

I also have some coins that are graded using the Australian method.

Maybe I'm missing something but I can't see how to put in any grades at all. I see the column that says grade but I can't figure out how to populate it.

I would appreciate any help you can give.

Yes there is:

Open the Coin Database Editor, navigate to the coin types you wish to add grades for. For example Country>Denomination>Denomination Sub-Type.

See the "Grades" Tab, open this and select the grades you wish to appear.

Open the "Coins" Tab, Select the coin Year/Variety you wish to add values for and select the Edit button.

This opens the Coin Properties, click the "Values" Tab and enter the values you want.

When Done, click OK and OK. The grades and values should now appear for your coin.
