Long time user of Stamp Manage. Recently updating stamp records, tried to Backup, nothing happened. I can open programme but can do nothing else. Numerous emails, finally got online support, tried the two suggestions, still no change. Then was told my data my be corrupted? When I asked if this could be fixed was cut offline. Next to impossible to get online help as it is almost always offline. I have over 15000 entires on my programme and need help. This has been going on for two weeks. Last time online support was great.

sorry I am on the road for a couple days and the USB internet stick I'm using is not working out too well. I emailed you instructions on emailing the data file. it is either a corrupt data file or something changed in your environment.
