janew Posted June 29, 2015 Report Share Posted June 29, 2015 I'm new to using the AssetManage software. I am trying to print a label (just one right now to make sure I have it right). I'm going to Tools > Print Barcode labels with Sequential Numbers. When a window pops up, I pick Starting # 1 to Ending # 1 and click OK. On the next window, I have tried multiple options (CompanyNameBarCode3of9 and CompanyNameBarcode128). On the next window, my print target is Brother QL-500 and it's being directed to printer. I went into options to verify the right label is selected (2/3 by 2 1/8) and I click print. The label just proceeds through with nothing printed on it. What am I doing wrong?
