I have sent numerous emails to support with no results (I sent another yesterday) but here is my situation: I originally purchased the download file for StampManage 2006 Canada and after having issues with the hard drive the program would boot up and run but continually crashed. I tried to re-load the 2006 download file but it had been corrupted and would not work. In an attempt to fix this, I then purchased and installed the 2012 update. Unfortunately, it did not fix the problem as neither the 2006 or 2012 registration codes will work. I currently have the 2012 unregistered version loaded but is there any way I can get another download file for either 2006 or 2012 so I can reinstall and register it using my original registration codes?
