Guest Robin
I somehow accidentally deleted the entire Monaco stamp database while I was adding some Monaco stamps to a collection. I've twice reloaded the software in an attempt to recover the Monaco database, but with lo luck. I even deleted the Monaco stamps I had already added to the collection (which at that point were listed as "not on database" for country name), to see if this was blocking the recovery of the lost database segment, but it had no effect. Is there a step I'm missing that will fix this? Robin
admin
Hi, are you sure you installed to the same folder as your current data file? someone may need to remote to your machine if you are sure you installed twice to the same folders. Guest Robin
I tried to copy it to the same folders, so I believe it is.
admin
just install the program again to the same folders, that will replace any stampmanage database data you accidently deleted.
