Program locks up. Shows how many stamps but want show stamps

I have 814 stamps in the program. It will not allow me to input nor view the stamps I have. It shows at the bottom right how many stamps and value. Somehow it's lockup and I don't know what to do. I have 2010 windows and I thought maybe It's, a conflict. I need someone at liberty Software to help me. I purchased the software April 28, 2016 by electronic download
