Guest Ed Mac Posted December 20, 2016 Report Share Posted December 20, 2016 have run setup several times but never get to place to put in activation code. looked at videos, no help, looked through comments, no help. read PDF in troubleshooting no help. Was I suppose to remove the 2016 activation key prior to upgrading to 2017. Totally confused at this point. Can you tell me where I keep going wrong. Of you still have problems please come on our CONTACT US page LIVE SUPPORT. Or email for a remote control. Are you sure you have installed the 2017 and when you see the activation window does it say 2017 on the title? if so, did you copy and paste the code directly from the email?
