For the last 3 months I've tried to get technical support and there's been absolutely NO RESPONSE. After spending numerous hours loading information I've had no way to recover the file that I have in my computer. Additionally, I downloaded the trial version of the Stamp software. I was going to pay the $80 for it and I'm glad I didn't buy it. There is total lack of technical support from the so called CoinManage developers. The last interaction was you had upgraded and were trying to import some old data. We suggested a video to help with this and you said you would look at it. I'm not seeing any emails after that. If you are still having troubles please email techsupport@libertystreet.com and we can either reply and / or remote to your machine at some time.
